ProTech Training RRP Online Only Refresher FAQ’s
I left the course in the middle. How do I get back in?
When you purchased the course, you received this email at your verified email address:
SUBJECT: IMPORTANT! RRP Refresher Class Re-entry Link -Upload Info - FAQs
The link to re-enter the course is in this email.
In rare cases this email may end up in a Trash or Spam folder, take a look as needed.
How does my current RRP certification and photo review affect my ability to re-certify?
To re-certify using this course, you must qualify, complete the course, upload a valid (unexpired) old RRP certificate (Old Cert), and upload an acceptable photo.
I just completed my online course, where is my certificate?
We appreciate your patience. It may be a day or two before the review is completed. A person must review your submissions. If the Old Cert or photo are “Rejected” you’ll receive an email telling you why; with directions and link(s) to upload the appropriate files. Once these are reviewed and “Accepted”, ProTech will email you your new RRP Renovator Certificate and Wallet Card.
I just completed my online course, my old certificate expires tomorrow and my Old Cert and/or photo review remains incomplete. Should I be worried?
No worries. The date of your new RRP Certificate is based on completion of the online course. However, we do require you to upload an acceptable Old Cert and photo within the same month that the online course was completed.
I keep sending in unacceptable Old Cert or photo, how many chances to I get?
You may submit documents as often as necessary. A common mistake is to provide a FIRM certification when what is needed is the Individual Renovator training certificate. It’s also possible that you sent the wrong documents, or it’s the incorrect file type, or something other than (Oops, my Old Cert expired before I completed the course). The system then sends an email with reviewer comments explaining the problem, suggesting a solution, and providing a link to upload the correct file. In some instances this may happen several times however, submissions need to get wrapped up in the month the course was completed. ProTech also emails each student regularly, indicating what remains to be completed and the links to accomplish this.
What is your refund policy?
You may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase if you A) do not finish the online materials; AND B) are qualified to re-certify using this course. You must COMPLETE the online course BEFORE your current certification expires to qualify.
